Artist: Pizzle
Album Review: Fame In Vain
Release Date: 08.22.11
Lyricist & future music mogul Sharrod "Pizzle" Sloans was born in the small city of Milwaukee, WI. His love and admiration for hip hop music was acknowledged and encouraged by others as young as elementary school days. The music industry was a commitment for Sharrod, rather than a hobby for fame and attention. Fame In Vain was released mid 2011 year. Sloans easily sets himself apart from others in every song with his catchy but uncommon lyrics. The listeners are able to hear the devotion and hunger in his heart for music in every track of Fame In Vain. The young and talented man speaks on various topics while using versatile sounds, creating a wide audience. He reiterates the epitome of lyricism in each verse. His music continuously gets the listeners off their seats and fully tuned in. Whether its a full blown club beat or a smooth, suave easy going song, he gives it to you.The sound of Pizzle's voice demands and deserves hip hop's attention. There are several collaborations with other talented artists, including singers (male and female). If possibly you were not convinced at the first song, simply allow the second one to win you over. This is definitely an album you simply, "press play" and zone in. The elements and intricate production of every track are simply amazing. The several people working together on this project are genius! Pizzle repeatedly shows his hard work through every album and mixtape. The dedication involved in creating this album displays the effortless talent of Pizzle. As "The Fame" ends, you then angrily realize that the albums over and the anticipation grows to hear more.I give this album three thumbs up!!
