CMG Artist: DOOCH
The cold streets of Milwaukee have not stopped Martin McClinton, also known as "Dooch," from giving his all into his music. He was mostly inspired by his father, who was formerly a battle rapper. McClinton has used the talent he saw a young age and channeled it to find his own place in the entertainment industry. His influences also include Detroit rapper, Eminem. It's no wonder why he is influenced by great lyricists, considering he is one. The way he used his influences as inspiration to create his own style without copying shows his gift of high intellect. At a young 23 years of age, he has made a name for himself. The metaphorical genius has something new to bring to the table. The incomparable sounds are what make him stand out. His flow keeps his fans tuned in. Dooch's articulate voice is the essence of CMG. He has been featured on Jae Ace's album, Portrait of Hours, Pizzle's Insomnia & Fame in Vain, but the one he calls his own is his mixtape, Smoking Loud In The Library. The mixtape features fellow CMG members who also support him in his craft. I doubt one can find a personal favorite. Dooch will definitely bring the laughter out in you and also make you listen. His fast paced abilities may be a bit much for the new listener, but don't fret, just replay. His music can be described as simply unparalleled. You cannot make a copy without first consulting the blueprint!
